What if I haven't kept all my past paystubs?

You will have to contact your human resource department to obtain printed copies. Not only are they required to complete the bankruptcy petition, but the Trustee will require they be provided prior to the 341 Meeting of Creditors.

Do I have to take a credit counseling and financial management course?

Yes. Participation in an approved credit counseling course is required prior to filing the bankruptcy petition. Additionally, failure to participate in an approved financial management course within 45 days from the 341 Meeting could prevent you from receiving a discharge.
