Bankruptcy:
We provide an initial analysis of your financial situation and provide you with various options. If you are eligible, and bankruptcy is the recommended route, we provide counseling every step of the way. After we have received the necessary information, we compile the required documents to file the bankruptcy. Everything is explained to the client in great detail. We attend the Meeting of Creditors with the client, and monitor the case until the end.

Criminal Law:
We provide legal representation from Arraignment through Trial in the District Court. Some of the charges handled by Attorney Turgeon include Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Illegal Substances, Assault and Battery, among many others.
